Because this is my first giveaway, I thought I'd just leave it with something I know how to do: critique YA manuscripts. I've been wanting to host a giveaway, and so now I can.
a Rafflecopter giveaway
There will be three winners. First winner will receive a full manuscript critique. Second winner will receive a 100 page manuscript critique. Third winner will receive a 50 page manuscript critique.
And, if I reach a certain amount of followers, I will add another winner. Like, if I reach 75 followers, I'll add in another 50 page critique. More chances for you guys to win a critique.
The manuscript must be YA and written in English. Winners will be revealed the day after the contest ends. Each winner will have 72 hours to email me (I'll let you guys know what exactly to do in the post). Failure to reply will result in the choosing of another winner. And be warned: I'm going on vacation a few days after the contest ends, so I will have time then to read. Get your manuscripts in while I have wi-fi (this will be in the winner's post, too).

Hey!
ReplyDeleteSo I'm commenting about my project. The Cursing is YA dark fantasy, and its not completed yet even though its at over 88k.
The story is about fifteen-year-old princess Tatiana who has been kept up in the Temple all her life to prevent a horrible Curse. But a forbidden encounter with her half sister changes everything and she must decide if risking her life is worth freedom and love.
Thanks!
Sounds like it's gunna be a long one. :o
DeleteMy project used to be on Inkpop. I'm waiting on a HarperCollins review, but God only knows if they'll ever keep their promise. I think you might've reviewed part of Things Unseen before, but I'd be really glad to get more input. It's paranormal with elements of general fiction (abuse) and romance. It takes place in a small town in Maine, on the beach.
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing it at least a gazillion times on inkpop.
DeleteHC needs to get their butt in gear.
Hello!
ReplyDeleteMy project is called Blood, and I hope to finish it for Camp NaNoWriMo this month. I believe it would be called a romantic thriller. It's about a policewoman who falls in love with a gang leader, and all kinds of other crazy things blended in.
